About
Welcome! My name is Sydney Garl, I am a yoga instructor and fitness professional based in Beaverton, Oregon. I'm also a wife, mom, Registered Nurse, and mental health advocate. I strive to help others feel strong, supported, and empowered through movement. I am particularly passionate about helping people maintain or improve their quality of life, fitness, and vitality while aging.
I offer both group and private yoga and fitness classes for people of all ages, body types, and experience levels. My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels safe to move, grow, and connect—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I truly believe that yoga and other movement practices are for every body, and can be a powerful way to enhance quality of life, no matter where you're starting from.
In my classes, we explore a variety of movement styles to support strength, mobility, endurance, and overall well-being—with kindness and curiosity leading the way.
